We all miss Russ terribly, especially today, which would have been his 71st birthday.
Last year we sent out a request for whatever memories people would like to share with us and were astounded by the many wonderful stories we received. We hope that you will take a moment to look at a few of them here below. And if there is anything more you would like to share, please send it to: russmemories@gmail.com
Thanks,
The Francisco Family

Russell worked for me for 8 years at Seton Hall University in the Computer Training Center and I thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of those years. I can honestly say that in all those years I never saw him come into work in a bad mood. He always had a smile on his face in the morning and was ready for the day's work. He was a huge part in making our area a place where the university community liked to come for technical assistance. He was always patient, understanding and pleasant with anyone who visited. He made them feel comfortable and that's the greatest gift a technical trainer can have. He and I worked very well together and I do miss the times where I had a technical issue and couldn't figure out what the best way to proceed was. I would always bounce it off him and we'd go back and forth for a while, but we always came out with a solution. I miss him tremendously, as do the students who used to work for us and all the people he helped over the years here at Seton Hall. After he retired, I always loved his e-mails or when he would stop into my office because I knew he would have some very funny stories of his travels to regale me with. He made a tremendous impact here at the university with his knowledge, his willingness to help people, but most of all with his kindness and his enthusiasm for life. I miss you babe!
